Uwe Mundlos, Uwe Böhnhardt

On 4 November 2011, the bodies of Uwe Mundlos and Uwe Böhnhardt are found by two patrol officers in a white camper van parked in the Wartburgblick residential area in Eisenach. After the robbery of a savings bank, the police called off a dragnet manhunt for the perpetrators. Mundlos and Böhnhardt fled into the camper van, where they are found dead by police three hours after the bank robbery. Next to the bodies, the officers come across radio equipment, a camera that covered the area in front of the camper van, and an entire arsenal of weapons. Among them was the pistol used to kill Michèle Kiesewetter, as well as the Česká with which Enver Şimşek, Abdurrahim Özüdoğru, Süleyman Taşköprü, Habil Kılıç, Mehmet Turgut, İsmail Yaşar, Theodoros Boulgarides,

Mehmet Kubaşık and Halit Yozgat were murdered.
